Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create a Recruiter account we collect your name, rank, station, branch, state code, business email, personal email, phone, and optional profile content (bio, photo, tagline, social links).

When you add a lead we collect only what you enter: lead name, contact information, consent records, source tagging, and notes. We do not augment leads with third-party data.

Usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized — page views, feature usage, error rates. We do not embed third-party advertising pixels.

2. How we use it

• Deliver and improve the Service.
• Send service communications (account, billing, appointments, compliance).
• Send marketing communications only when you opt in.
• Produce aggregate platform metrics (no PII).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We use the following processors to deliver the Service:

• Firebase / Google Cloud (database, authentication, storage, functions)
• Stripe (billing)
• Postmark (transactional email)
• Twilio (SMS — only when carrier-approved and enabled)
• Cloudinary (media storage + transforms)
• Vercel and Spline CDN (asset delivery)

Each processor has its own privacy commitments. We select vendors with industry-standard security posture.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@recruiterpro.club — we respond within 30 days.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Lead data is retained as long as the owning Recruiter's account is active. On account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).

6. Cookies

We use first-party cookies only: authentication session and a "remember branch" preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Leads captured via paper-capture or QR may include high-school-age minors; Recruiter-entered data is treated with the same care as any other lead and is subject to the same access / deletion rights.

8. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Data at rest is encrypted by our cloud providers. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. We review Firebase security rules before every deploy.
